Digital EIR: container photo record

The platform now includes a new feature for registering photographs of the container condition within the digital EIR flow. This improvement allows visual evidence to be linked to the operational file, facilitating internal validation and later follow-up in case of remarks or discrepancies. Images must be uploaded according to the allowed format and size to ensure correct display on the platform.
