Ice break fee surcharge

A temporary ICE BREAK FEE surcharge has been applied to services and routes affected by extraordinary operational conditions during the season. This surcharge will be communicated in each quotation or settlement where applicable and will remain in force while the affecting conditions persist. To verify the impact on a specific shipment, the client may request detailed tariff information from the commercial or operational support team.
